Managing Director
Pippa Guidera
An ambitious entrepreneur with a background in business management and a passion for property, Pippa is the founder and managing director of Frank James Developments. She has built a solid reputation for delivering stunning family homes and guaranteed returns to private investors, from simple refurbishments to 10-unit developments. Pippa also hosts Liverpool property investors network meetings, educating others on creating passive income streams through property. She is dedicated to her family and creating a sustainable, flexible business around her two boys, Frank and James.

Ashley Guidera
With a comprehensive background in sales and customer service, Ashley started out in property as a painter and decorator and grew his business to include a full scope of services. He now heads up project management of small refurbishments for his landlords and is the managing director of their letting agency, Live Liverpool. Ashley loves seeing the transformation of an unloved site into a beautiful home and takes great pride in delivering excellent homes to his clients.
