Founded in 2018, Frank James Developments is an experienced, ethical property development company creating homes in Merseyside. Since our first investment in 2018 in leafy Sefton Park, South Liverpool, we have steadily grown a £3M portfolio of projects funded by a panel of private investors. We welcome new investors to work with us on future projects.
Why small-scale?
Keeping projects simple and creating 20 units or less per development enables us to minimize and mitigate risk, meaning we get projects completed and distribute investor returns in a timely manner, every time.
